1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Win to Stay App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Win to Stay offers features such as team registration, match scheduling, player statistics tracking, video highlights of games, community forums, and tools for reporting bugs or requesting new features.
Our app also includes social media integration for sharing highlights, a Hall of Fame for top performers, and voting mechanisms for community-driven decisions.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully. Spamming, harassment, or any disruptive behavior can result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without warning.

User Content: While you retain ownership of any content you create or upload (such as comments, match highlights), by submitting content to the app, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
App Content: All intellectual property rights in the app and its content, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Win to Stay or its licensors. You may not use any intellectual property without our express permission.

The Win to Stay app is free to use. However, you may be required to pay fees when registering for matches or events through the app.
These fees will be clearly communicated during the registration process.

We collect certain data from your Google account upon sign-in, including your display name, email address, and profile image.
This information is used to enhance your experience within the app. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

No Warranty: The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Injury Disclaimer: Win to Stay is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during participation in events or matches organized through the app.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
All significant changes will be posted on the 'What's New' page of the app.
Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without warning if you engage in prohibited conduct, such as spamming or harassment, or if you violate these Terms of Use.
